Shipping & Delivery Policy

Within the UAE

We deliver your order within [1–3] business days across the country. Delivery fee is AED 25, and AED 45 for the Al Dhafra (Western) Region.

Note: Remote and outlying areas may require additional time. We'll reach out to you if any delay occurs.

If Your Product Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives with visible damage, please refuse to sign for it and contact us right away. If you've already accepted the parcel and then noticed the damage, email us within 24 hours at medeemhome@gmail.com and keep all packaging material.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange a product within [7] days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, labels, and any included gifts.

Proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

If a product is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you without a refund.

Regarding fees: if the return is for a personal reason (such as a change of mind), we refund the product value only, excluding shipping fees. If the product is damaged or defective on our end, we take full responsibility and refund both the product amount and shipping fees in full.
